Hot Chocolate is included in our rotating menu that we serve at Linn Park on Thursdays.

2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

1. Combine first 4 ingredients and, if desired, cinnamon in an airtight container.
2. To serve, stir in 1 heaping cup Hot Chocolate Mix into 6 cups hot milk.
