Two of our friends joined the circle of volunteers who gathered to pray before setting up in the park. One of them offered a precious prayer of thanksgiving to our Lord for sending His son to save us and for how God has been his provider and sustainer—what a humbling way to begin

Help is needed to prepare snacks for WinShape C3 Camp (http://www.alabamawx.com/?p=51108) in Tuscaloosa August 1-4. Prep will be done in the EAST 200 kitchen AND ROC kitchen of Hunter Street Baptist Church on the following days: Monday, August 1- 7:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.- EAST 200
Our time in the park began with these words from Psalm 139:13-16—“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden
Praise the Lord for His faithfulness! This morning, He provided enough food to serve all who came to breakfast and brought the right number of volunteers to shower our guests with Christ’s love. The first person I saw as we walked in to the park was a woman who hasn’t joined us
